Free Saturday Clinic
Program Overview
The Free Saturday Clinic program was established in 2011, and Runner Group of Companies has been sponsoring it since 2018. The program provides free of cost education and training for less privileged autistic children and adolescents every Saturday at the AWF Campus in Keraniganj, Bosila. Currently, the clinic has the capacity to serve 30 students, offering them a structured and supportive learning environment.

- Builds key skills: communication, social, academic and life skills.
- Prepares students for successful transition to formal schooling.
- Ensures funds are used effectively for maximum impact.
Academic Schedule
• Every Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm (Jan–Dec session).
• Subjects: Assembly, social communication, academics, self-help work, games and sports, music, art, vocational/technical skills.
• Parent engagement: Regular meetings to create tailored home routines for Sunday- Friday to reinforce learning at home.
Enrolment and Outcomes
Admission Criteria
• Targeted at children from financially less privileged families.
• Applicants are evaluated via home and school-based assessments; final selection is made by Principal and Occupational Therapist.
All services are 100% free of cost, sponsored by Runner Group of Companies.
Services and Approach
• Teacher-to-student ratio: 1:3 / 1:4, ensuring personalized attention.
• Core services: Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), home program schedules, occupational therapy, parent counselling, and guidance.
• Early intervention focus: communication, interaction, pre-reading/writing skills, concept development, and independent functioning.
• Combination of group and one-on-one teaching, plus music therapy, sensory integration, computer training and vocational skills.
